Organic Sprouting Bean Sprouts (BIO)

Growing your own sprouts is simple and tasty. Bean sprouts, with their fresh and crunchy texture, add a delicious dimension to stir-fries, salads and even soups. Briefly blanch or stir-fry before use. Rich in vitamin B and other nutrients.

Growing instructions:

1. Soak the mung beans in plenty of water for a day and then rinse them well with cold water.
2. Drain the beans well and place the container in a dark, warm place for crispy white sprouts. Placement in the light results in crispy sprouts.
3. Rinse the beans daily, preferably twice a day.
4. After 5 days the sprouts (3-5 cm long) are ready to eat.

Bean sprouts must be heated briefly before consumption.
